A simple, clean, six-step process

No surprises, no mess. Here’s exactly what happens from the day we start to the day we hand you back a finished floor.

    Protect your home

    We mask off cabinets, vents, and doorways and lay down protection so the rest of your home stays clean.

    Sand (dustless)

    Our 99% dustless sanding flattens the floor and removes the old finish — with the dust captured at the source.

  3. 3

    Fix the problems

    Loose boards, squeaks, cupping, and water damage get repaired and blended before we move on.

  4. 4

    Stain

    We test stains on your wood, settle on the right color, and apply it evenly to bring out the grain.

  5. 5

    Finish coats

    Durable finish coats go down in thin, even passes and cure to a satin sheen built to take daily life.

  6. 6

    Final walkthrough

    We walk the floor with you, touch up anything that needs it, and hand over a clean, finished space.
